Investing in massage is an investment in your health.  Together acting as your practioner we will develop a plan to target the areas that are causing you the most concern while working on your full body.  It is my goal to make you melt on the table and leave feeling refreshed, rested and relaxed.  

All massages include the use of either Hot Towels, Hot Stone warmer treatment and if you would like essential oil(s) that will be included as well. 

            Monarch Massage doesn’t charge extra for these add on items.   These are all tools that are used to enhance your massage experience.  The goal is to make you feel pampered to the fullest while providing you the best massage experience at one affordable price.  Happy clients make for a successful business.

Swedish Massage:                                        

The Swedish massage was developed by Per Henrik Link. He is considered the Father of Physical Therapy.  He developed techniques that worked the body with a system of movements used to stimulate healing, reduce pain and improve overall well-being

            Prior to the massage you will have a consultation with me and together we will determine the areas to focus on while receiving your massage.  Your Swedish Massage will include gliding strokes, kneading and/or tapping movements which are designed to promote relaxation, improve circulation and oxygen in the blood, and improve flexibility. 

The Deep Tissue:

The Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic massage using some of the same techniques as the Swedish massage using slow firm pressure to assist in the release of muscle tightness.  The focus is on the deepest layer of tissue, tendons and fascia.  The level of pressure is customized to suite your needs. 

            This massage is not “No Pain/No Gain”. Therapy. The goal is to get your muscles and tendons to release so that you can move with less or no pain.   You will still receive the full body massage with more focus on the areas of concern. 

Prenatal Massage:

Pregnancy is a beautiful gift but sometimes your body just gets tired and sore.  This massage is designed specifically with the Mother to be in Mind.  During this massage you will lay on your side with a body pillow while your back, hips, legs, and feet will be massaged and treated to Hot towels, warm stones, and lots of gently massage.  Each massage is tailored to make you feel like the Queen you are while giving your pregnancy symptoms like swelling, muscle aches and joint pain some relief.  Then we will lay you on your back to work the arms, necks, legs and feet more.  You will have time to rest while your muscles get the relief they needs.  Mom needs all the sleep she can during this time to prepare for the babies arrival.
